ANCHOR/PRODUCER (Daily Talk Show)

London Broadcasting Company's newest television station, KTXD-TV is looking for an experienced anchor/producer. You must be able to take control of a live entertainment talk-style news show. A key requirement is a good writer with good news judgment who is detail-oriented and can work well under pressure. The successful candidate will produce and host a daily one-hour community-style show. You must possess outstanding interviewing, presentation and ad lib skills and have a solid understanding of television production. Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of on-camera experience in a medium/major market. Knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth DMA is a plus. Valid driver license and clean driving record required. Broadcasting is a growing media company that owns and operates 17 TV stations in 5 Texas markets.
