Gayle Kiger, Vice-President and General Manager Gayle is returning to KCEN-TV, where he served as VP & GM for four years in the 1990’s. Gayle joined London Broadcasting on May 1, 2009 from Little Rock, Arkansas, the 56th television market, where he served as VP & GM of NBC affiliate KARK-TV. Previous to that, Gayle oversaw the duopoly KTAB-TV (CBS) and KRBC (NBC) in Abilene for eight years.
